This data is then structured into an end product for S&P Global Market Intelligence, delivering actionable insights to clients.

Impact of the Role:

As a Transaction Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the M&A and capital market dataset. This involves data collection, validation, and collaboration with stakeholders, along with contributions to process improvement and automation projects. This role provides deep exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions, Public Offerings (PO), and Private Placements (PP), helping you develop expertise in financial reporting standards and corporate actions.
